Chip Collectors & Finish Line Support
Once participants are finished they will need to be quickly routed out of the finish line area to
keep things from backing up. Additionally, participants who are using event provided timing

Balloon Crew
During the awards ceremony after the race, we will be having a balloon launch to show the number of children who
currently have a CASA volunteer, and those who are still waiting for a volunteer. In order to do so, we need volunteers
to help run the helium tanks and tie strings on the balloons.

The adoption Heart Gallery will be featured at this year’s race. Volunteers will need to go with
Heart Gallery Sponsor to storage unit, pick up portraits, bring them back and set them up at the event.
